Established in January 2004 our company was one of the first in the Cayman Islands to break away from fixed price commission. Successfully servicing the public now for 7 years we have established a new approach to how real estate business is conducted. Having been a licensed Realtor in the USA we used our knowledge of how a free enterprise system is suppose to work and broke free from the "Cayman status quo".
